#MormonRight Conference, Spring 2017

Memorial Day weekend, 2017, was historic -the very first Mormon Right conference took place. With about a dozen adults as well as a bushel of kids in attendance the weekend was filled with lots of fun and fellowship.

We kicked things off with a pool party and followed that up by going out to dinner for pizza.

The next day we met up at our conference room and listened to three talks given on the Alt Right and the Gospel, Postmodernism and Cultural Marixism’s Affect on Mormonism, and True Christian Charity. (I will be uploading these on my YouTube channel soon as audio recordings)

We finished up our weekend with lunch together and wished each other well on our journeys home.

Our attendees hailed from many different states, from all across the US, some flying 5 hours to attend. All in all it was a huge success with another meeting already planned for the fall!

Simple Gifts

One of my passions as a Christian woman in my community is to find fun ways to give practical gifts. Pinterest is a gem for that of course. I like to combine ideas I see, get inspired and create my own thing. Here are two recent creations to lift spirits…

A baby blanket bouquet. Here’s the tag I designed…

Next up is the “I’m tickled pink” jar. This works for anything, graduation, birthday, new home, etc. simply fill a jar with fun pink items and attach a bow.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace” 1 Peterson 4:10

Visit Teaching Handout for May 2017

This month the sisters in the LDS church who visit teach neighboring sisters, were encouraged to share a message from their favorite talk from April’s General Conference. I chose the talk that seemed written just for me, The Voice of Warning by Elder D. Todd Christofferson. As usual I created a little handout to share with this lesson and it turned out so cute I felt inspired to share it.

Please feel free to print out this handout (right click, save as) and share it this month. Maybe staple this message to some gummie bears? God bless!

The Cult of Moloch Continues

The youngest known victim of last night’s cult sacrifice to multiculturalism, Saffie Rose was just 8 years old

Last night, at least 22 children lost their lives following a Muslim terrorist attack in Manchester, England. The Christian Science Monitor reports..
“MAY 23, 2017 MANCHESTER, ENGLAND—The Islamic State group claimed responsibility Tuesday for the suicide attack at an Ariana Grande show that left 22 people dead as young concertgoers fled, some still wearing the American pop star’s trademark kitten ears and holding pink balloons.
Teenage screams filled the Manchester Arena just after the explosion Monday night, and members of the audience tumbled over guardrails and each other to escape. Fifty-nine people were injured in what British Prime Minister Theresa May called ‘a callous terrorist attack.'”
Yet, despite the slaughter of these innocent children Twitter this morning was filled with cries against “racism.” As well as, defense of open doors immigration policies toward 3rd world migrants and fake “refugees.”
You can literally blow little girls to pieces and the Western World will say, “Shhh, don’t hurt the bad guy’s feelings.”
It’s events like these that leave me feeling as though we may be beyond hope. The Bible doesn’t give much comfort in this situation but it does give is a stark dose of truth. God abhors child sacrifice. Child sacrifice was a practice done by those who worshipped Baal, Moloch and other devils. Child sacrifice results in the clear destruction of your lands and people, without exception.
Today we call Moloch, Baal and Satan by the names Tolerance, Love, Anti Racism, etc. but they are the same devils demanding the blood of our children and we are giving it to them.

Self Indulgence Does Not Satisfy

There is a movement afoot to reclaim the joy that comes in serving others – especially as mothers. One of the most notable books on the subject that I have read is Passionate Housewives Desperate for God by Jennie Chancey and Stacy McDonald.

They warn us women and mothers against the idea of self centered “me-ology” and remind us of the joy found in service to our families. They tell us that when we constantly see our families or children as the obstacles in our path to happiness, freedom or me-time, we only make ourselves unhappier. If a mom “escapes” from her family and goes out for a pedicure she is only running away from the issue instead of working on herself and developing her patience and love.

From the book…”After all when she returns home from her ‘break’- nothing has changed. The dishes are still in the sink, dinner still needs to be made, little Johnny is still having a hard day. Hence she only grows more frustrated and desperate for more “me time.” This is a never ending cycle which pits a mother against her own family.

Please understand there is nothing intrinsically wrong with [spas, massages, pedicures], as long as we understand that we don’t need them to be content or healthy and that we aren’t somehow deprived if we don’t get them. There are many ways we can relax and enjoy ourselves when God gives us opportunity, but to feverishly pursue solace in worldly leisure and personal pleasure is to run to an empty comforter (p. 15).
This cultural obsession with me-time is clearly demonstrated in this story of a woman who actually decided after a working trip away from her family that she no longer wanted to be a mother at all and she abandoned her two young boys ages 5 and 3.The Today Show interviewed her and actually raised the question if we as a society are redefining motherhood?!
The scary thing to me is how innocently me-ology slips into our minds. At first it was about moms choosing to work, then it was about moms needing to work, now it’s about making sure mothers are taking time for them selves, indulging themselves, not ‘chaining’ themselves to their families. So mom works 9-5, goes to the gym, has dad put the children to bed so she can have a bath, then drops them off at grandma’s the next day so she can have pedicure and ‘just have her space.’

And what does her family have? An absent mother pursuing a the beast of me-ology which is never satisfied!”

As Stacey and Jennie point out in the quote above – it’s not about going out by yourself every now and again, it’s about feeling like you need to escape your family and your life.

It seems that every time I meet someone new, we get to talking and they become very concerned about my being a stay-at-home, homeschooling mother. They lecture me or at least drop huge hints that I need to be taking more time for myself. That I need to make sure I have a break.

I’ve been there, I’ve done that. It only made things worse. Sometimes life doesn’t give you a break. You can stand around waiting for one, growing more unhappy by the second or you can choose to be happy with what you have.
Now don’t get me wrong, I love to go to the Thrift Shop by myself every once in a while but I know I don’t need it and on those days when everything is going wrong – the dishes are piling up and the kids are crying – I don’t run away. I sing through the dishes and I wipe up the tears – even my own!

And that night when I slip into bed I smile and praise God for all He did for me that day and for all the blessings He gave us – food to eat, a warm dry bed, healthy children, good music, etc.

This morning I came up against this theme again. A lady praised me for all the hard work stay-at-home moms do but essentially summed her comments up with the attitude that I was “overdoing” it by staying at home and homeschooling and that I needn’t be a martyr, everyone needs time for themselves.

Ugh…it irks me. So I decided to come up with a motto. When I was planning my first homebirth I was barraged by “what ifs” concerning the health of my baby. I borrowed Hygeia Halfmoon’s motto of, “Your fear is not part of my reality.”

Now I need a “happy to be at home, happy to find joy in being with my children motto.”
Let’s borrow a bit from Stacey and Jennie here:

I’m happier when I find joy and relaxation in everyday life instead of pursuing solace in worldly pleasures.

Feel free to use the motto and please tell us about it if you do!

Amish Father of 12 Faces 68 Years In Jail!

In the wake of anti-Christian, anti-white discrimination that we face all over the western world, even in America, attacks on the Amish who are a traditionally living, Christian, large family-having white people have really amped up in recent years. Many cities have begun passing laws which essentially outlaw many Amish practices and of course the federal government is also coming down hard on these simple Christian folk.
Now an Amish father of 12 is facing 68 years in prison for making an herbal product!
Have you heard about chickpea man? He is an Amish farmer who makes homeopathic salves. He was recently arrested by the United States government simply for making these salves without FDA labeling approval even though it is primarily only Amish people that use this product.

“Samuel Girod’s all-natural herbal products

Samuel Girod [G as in Gee: gi-ROD] and his family have been making and selling three all-natural herbal products for nearly 20 years.

No one has ever been harmed by the products; the Girods have pages of testimonials and scores of repeat customers.

Similar products are currently made and sold online worldwide (including on Amazon) by other people using the same or similar basic ingredients. The recipes are online as well, you can make them in your kitchen.
In 2001, an FDA agent informed Sam that his product labels were making medical claims regarding healing certain conditions. At the time, Sam’s label said, ““[g]ood for all skin disorders. Skin cancer, cuts, burns, draws, and poison ivy.”

Sam had to change his label, removing the skin cancer claim specifically, or do very expensive testing proving the claims. Sam changed the label, removing any reference to skin cancer.

Sam did not receive any further communication from the FDA until 2012 when someone called the FDA and reported that a store in MO was selling Sam’s products and that medical claims were being made.
The “medical claims” were in fact customer testimonials contained in a brochure about Sam’s products! These testimonials are no different than Amazon reviews.

Then the FDA claimed to have found a MO customer who had been harmed by Sam’s bloodroot salve.

In early 2013, during the investigation on that claim, FDA agents went to Sam’s home and demanded a warrantless search. Wanting to be cooperative, Sam said OK on one condition: that no photographs were taken (the Amish are religiously opposed to photography). The agents said no problem, no photos.

Then they got on the property, whipped out their cameras and took photos of everything.

Several months later, the Girods went before a federal judge in MO re the medical claims and the person supposedly injured. Turns out, not only has this customer never been identified or produced, the bloodroot salve this customer used was not even Sam’s!!!

Yet that judge put an injunction on Sam’s products with three stipulations:

none could be sold until all medical claims were removed (referring to the brochures);

Sam’s bloodroot salve could never be sold again EVER (1); and

Sam had to allow inspection of his property where the products were made FOR FIVE YEARS.

Sam complied with 1 and 2: he stopped selling the bloodroot salve and stopped using the brochures. He was not so compliant with the searches.
In late 2013, after the injunction, FDA agents came to do a second search. Sam informed them that nothing had changed since the first search 7 months earlier, and that, since they had lied and taken photos during the first search, they were not welcome to do a second.

Sam had a Bath County Sheriff’s deputy there who witnessed the entire event and told the agents to leave the property.

Unfortunately for Sam, he knows his constitutionally-guaranteed rights and he relied on them to make his next decisions.
These three product sales are how Sam’s family made their living. They had been denied this right via an arbitrary regulation made up by a federal agency with no true jurisdiction in the states — and with NO VICTIM.

So the Girods started selling their products again. Then, in 2014, Sam started a legal private membership club and sold his products to members via that framework. Perfectly legal.

Meanwhile, the FDA started criminal proceedings against Sam for disobeying the injunction (selling his products and refusing the search) plus two other very serious charges:
1. The FDA agents claimed that, when they came for the 2nd search, Sam and his family threatened them with physical violence. That is ludicrous enough on the face of it. Plus, the Sheriff’s deputy testified under oath that absolutely no threats were made, that, essentially, the FDA agents lied under oath.

2. The FDA also charged Sam with witness tampering. The witness who was supposedly tampered with? Read the eyewitness account of Mary Miller’s testimony, link below. (2)

The Trial 2.27.17

The Amish do not use lawyers as a rule and Sam did not. This is a decision made by the community, not just the accused. Apparently the Amish don’t trust lawyers. Imagine that.
Because he barely presented a defense against federal prosecutors for whom money and conscience are not problems, Sam was convicted on all counts. (3)

The judge ordered Sam to remain in jail until sentencing on 6/16/17. He’s been in jail since 2/27/17.

Had Sam had a good attorney, he would certainly have been acquitted on the most egregious counts (threatening federal agents and witness tampering). These charges were clearly manufactured solely to make Sam into a “real” criminal, with the FDA being the only victim.

The only other charges — selling “drugs” across state lines — were manufactured out of whole cloth as well. The FDA’s own tests proved that the products were not drugs, that they were made from all-natural ingredients!!! These charges should have been dismissed from the start.

Sam’s sentencing is 6/16 and he is looking at 68 years in prison. This is essentially a life sentence for charges stemming from an innocent labeling infraction!
Sam should not spend a minute in jail. Please sign and share our petition to President Trump for a presidential pardon: bit.ly/freeamishsam
Burning Questions

How does the FDA get away with determining what constitutes a “medical claim” anyway?

How are they able to define “drug” so broadly that a topical salve made from all edible ingredients becomes a “drug?”

Why are Amazon reviews ok but Sam’s customers’ testimonials a basis for criminal charges?

How is the FDA able to create criminal penalties for violation of arbitrary rules?

How does this kind of action against an Amish grandfather making salves from all-natural ingredients protect the public, particularly considering that every 19 minutes, someone dies from an FDA-approved pharmaceutical, an actual drug that has been tested and “proven safe”?

How will Sam’s incarceration for life make the American public any safer?

Considering that no one was harmed by his products, how has spending millions of dollars on Sam’s prosecution and 16 years of harassment made the world a better place?

A SOLUTION

There is a better way to handle this. Let us Americans make healing claims on our products with the disclaimer, “These claims have not been scientifically proven. Please use your internet and library to verify claims to your own satisfaction prior to use.”

Sam’s prosecution is a prime example of bureaucracy run amok, enforcement for enforcement’s sake to justify an agency’s existence. There are literally thousands of people in jail (4) for breaking agency regulations fabricated by the agencies! Their rules and regulations are as arbitrary and illegal as they can be, with the result of making us all criminals in our own homes.

Who exactly is being protected here?”

Colleges Are Teaching That Whites Are Evil and It’s Getting People Killed!

Why won’t the MSM (mainstream media) report on the connection between anti white hate speech in college classrooms, anti white vanadalism and attacks on, and the murder of, white students?
For several years now the racist, anti white hate speech and practices of universities and professors has really amped up.

Professors openly calling for white genocide..

At the University of Austin this has been ignored. The campus was recently spray painted with anti white, anti frat boy graffiti all over the historic campus, but did you hear about it? No.

Then, yesterday, this black man and memeber of antifa, a man who has videos posted to YouTube about killing whites and burning their homes down, walked onto campus, killed one white boy and attempted to kill more before being taken into custody.

The boy he killed was named Harrison Brown. Say his name. Harrison Brown. He’s dead because our society condones, supports and encourages anti white, anti male hyperbole with not so much as a whimper of a push back. The entirely peaceful #WhiteLivesMatter group is labeled a hate group by the SPLC while #BlackLivesMatter members have literally gunned down cops and they are heralded as MSM heroes. People are busy punching Richard Spencer in the face despite the fact that he’s harmed no one, they are even suing the people who come to the aid of Richard’s mother when he was being blackmailed and extorted out of her property and livelihood but no one goes after the people promoting and carrying out the real violence in our streets.
Harrison Brown, say his name!
